yeah, gifted people AROUND me.
i just have to come face to face with the fact that i'm not gifted. i can appreciate art, and i love music, but i'm not gifted. it's sad really, because i feel like i have a lot to express, but i am not gifted.
the only way to express myself is to write an essay, describing the economic downfall or the reasons behind it...which is pretty sad when you think about it. i will never be able to write a poem as some of my friends. i will never be able to take a breathtaking photograph. i will never be able to sing or play any musical instrument..
i regret quitting ballet. i regret quitting painting. i regret quitting languages.
apart from being able to bake a chocolate cake, i guess i'm useless. |
